Booking conditions

In the case of a longer stay (21 nights or more), an individual discount is possible.
Rental prices vary depending on the term.
The minimum length of stay is 3 nights. Rental prices are given per night and for the entire apartment.
After receiving confirmation of the accommodation reservation, you will pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, by transfer to our account. (If you cancel the reservation within 30 days before the date of stay, the deposit paid will be returned to you)
An additional payment of up to 100% of the price of the stay is due 15 days before the arrival date and is non-refundable.

Price list

Price for one day accommodation for apartment

A cleaning fee of 100 EUR is added to the accommodation price. The price is fixed, independent of the length of stay.
